CESJANUARYLAS VEGAS

CES booth staff, trained and on the floor by day one.

CES is the loudest four days in tech. Your booth gets about eight seconds of a buyer's attention before the next display pulls them away. We cast, train and run your booth crew so every conversation counts, and every shift is GPS-verified in Spark.

>> WHY CES IS DIFFERENT

What your CES crew has to handle.

01 // THE CROWD

The crowd

Buyers, press, investors and retailers share the same aisles. Your staff has to read a badge in one glance and switch between a 30-second pitch and a 20-minute technical walk-through.

02 // THE HALLS

The halls

The show sprawls across LVCC North, Central, South and West halls plus the Venetian Expo. Walking between them eats 20 minutes, so shift handoffs and break coverage have to be planned by hall, not by booth.

03 // BADGE RULES

Badge rules

Exhibitor badges are issued per company and tied to registration deadlines. We submit staff names early so nobody is stuck at badge pickup on opening morning.

04 // TECH BUYERS

Tech buyers

CES visitors test everything. Product specialists need real hands-on time with the device before the show, not a one-page sell sheet at 7am.

>> QUESTIONS

CES staffing, answered.

How early should we book CES booth staff?

Book at least 10 weeks out for the best casting. Technical demo leads for CES are the first roles to go, because the same people work every major tech show in Las Vegas.

Can your staff handle technical product demos at CES?

Yes. We cast demo leads with prior consumer tech experience and schedule hands-on product training before the show. The number of training hours goes into the quote.

Do you staff both LVCC and the Venetian Expo?

Yes. We plan coverage by hall, with a team lead per location, so breaks and handoffs don't leave a booth empty during peak traffic.

How do we get the leads after CES?

Leads are captured in Spark during the show and exported to your CRM or as a CSV each night, not two weeks later.
