* LAS VEGAS TRADE SHOW STAFFING // LOCAL CREWS

Trade show staffing in Las Vegas. Booth crews on the floor by day one.

Las Vegas runs more trade show floor space than any city in the country, and our home base in Sparks is a day's drive away. We keep a deep local bench trained for the Strip's convention calendar, resort activations and the sports and nightlife moments in between.

>> LOCAL LOGISTICS

What changes on a Las Vegas show floor.

Convention center labor rules decide who can touch freight and electrical. Resort load-in docks book up weeks ahead during major shows. Summer heat means outdoor shifts need shade, water and shorter rotations.

>> HOW WE STAFF LAS VEGAS

Three programs we run most in Las Vegas.

Convention floor crews

At Las Vegas Convention Center and Venetian Expo, crews are cast by hall and shift, briefed on the product before badge pickup, and GPS-checked in every morning. A local team lead owns the floor, so Las Vegas programs don't depend on someone flying in.

Street teams and sampling

In The Strip resort corridor, Downtown and Fremont Street, Arts District, street crews work the corridors with the highest foot traffic at the right hour, counting every hand-off in Spark so you see sample velocity by block, not an estimate.

Moment-driven activations

CES and NAB Show bring the biggest crowds of the Las Vegas year. We book crews early for those weeks, when local talent and hotel rooms run short.

Booking window

Most Las Vegas programs cast in 5 to 10 days, and rush programs in 48 hours. For CES week, book about 10 weeks out. Send the dates and the roles and a human replies with a Las Vegas quote within 24 hours.
