Where state and county law permits, yes. Where it doesn't, we'll tell you up front — we don't take chances with regulated programs.

What's your refusal-to-serve protocol?

Every regulated shift has a documented refusal-to-serve SOP and incident log. We brief the captain before deployment and review post-event if anything's flagged.
