Stadium properties sell three very different products under the same sponsorship umbrella. Plaza activations reach the broad fan base pre-game (high volume, low dwell). Concourse activations reach engaged fans during the game (medium volume, medium dwell). Suite-level activations reach corporate decision-makers (low volume, extremely high dwell and value).
Plaza is right for mass-market CPG: beer, snacks, energy drinks, consumer tech. The audience is hot, hungry, walking toward the gates, and primed for samples. Twelve to fifteen thousand interactions across a four-hour pre-game window is realistic at a major venue.
Concourse is right for products that solve in-game problems: phone chargers, cooling towels, anything with a value proposition that connects to the experience itself. Concourse foot traffic is lower than plaza but quality is higher, the fan has time to talk.
Suite-level is B2B in disguise. If your brand sells to procurement teams at any level (corporate gifting, hospitality, F&B partnerships, technology) a season of well-executed suite visits is worth more than any other channel in the building. Treat it like account-based marketing in a luxury setting.
