Recap Decks That Win the Next Campaign

Recap Decks That Win the Next Campaign

We deliver a recap deck within 72 hours of every campaign close. That window matters more than the deck itself. A perfect deck delivered three weeks later is a deck the brand team has stopped caring about, the next quarter's planning is already done.

The structure that performs: one cover slide with the headline metric, one map of activations and impressions, one 'voice of consumer' slide with three real quotes captured on-site, ten to fifteen photos selected for narrative (not for portfolio), one full-page metric breakdown, and one slide of forward-looking recommendations.

What kills a recap deck: walls of text, generic stock-style hero photos that could be any brand, KPI tables with no benchmark or comparison, and any version of 'we worked hard and had fun.' The CMO is forwarding this deck to a CFO who has never been on the activation. Cut everything that doesn't survive that hand-off.

The forward-looking slide is what gets you renewed. Don't just summarize the past: show what we'd do differently with another quarter and the same budget. A recap that ends with a credible 'and here's what we'd test next' is a recap that becomes the brief for the next campaign.
