How to Brief a Brand Ambassador Team in 48 Hours

A 48-hour brief is not the time to write a 30-slide training deck nobody will read. It's the time to deliver three things: a one-page brand fact sheet, a five-question script, and a 90-second video from the lead walking the team through the activation flow.

The fact sheet is everything you'd want an ambassador to know if a consumer asks a pointed question. Product story in 50 words, three differentiators, where to buy, top three FAQ answers, and a hard list of what NOT to say. Single page. PDF. No fluff.

The five-question script is the conversation flow. 'Have you tried [brand] before?' 'What do you usually drink/use/buy in this category?' If yes/no, branch. The script is a scaffold, not a robot. Drill it until everyone can do it in their sleep, then let them improvise inside it.

The video brief is the unlock. A 90-second selfie video from the activation lead, walking the team through what the setup looks like, where the samples are stored, what to do if it rains, and who to call if anything breaks. Watched 3x by every team member en route. Eliminates 80% of day-of confusion.
